The past few days I have had several masterminding hangouts and conversations with a mixture of 
"up and coming" and seasoned leaders.

When the energy of like-minded entrepreneurs who are all on a mission to do whatever it takes to 
succeed comes together, ideas just start flowing, and money starts growing. It works well when 
leaders take the initiative and don't rely on their sponsor to take them through every next step.

Each person has skills that they bring to the table, that when combined with others makes the whole 
system work efficiently.

Knowing that you have teammates and upcoming leaders that take initiative in the skills they have 
means that you have made it over the hurdle from just barely making it to consistent cash flow to profit.

I have heard this from other savvy marketers that we're in the business of freedom, and in order to 
achieve that you need to create more leaders, not dependents.
