Happy Haloween to those of you in the USA who celebrate!

In that spooky, scary spirit of Halloween...I would like to 
address something that many marketers don't like to talk about.

Do you feel as if you have a team that is either on 
life support or passed away a long time ago?

IF you have a team of people that aren't working, I'm pretty
sure this will help you out.

But before we get to that...

So here's a way to start turning things around...start changing the 
way you describe what you're doing. Instead of using the words 
"my team has given up," you can say, "What do I do to re-energize 
my team? What do I do to fire up my team?" 

Whatever you say...you experience. You manifest it. You see it happen 
before your eyes.

Now for the SCARY PART...You DON'T want to hear this, I know... 

The best thing that you can do for your existing team is build a new one. 
Do you know why that's the best thing you can do? Because you will be 
doing the things you want them to do, and you will inspire them. 

They'll say, "Whoa, did you see Renee's building a new team? What the heck? 
What about us? Wow, she's doing the things she wishes we would do."

See, that fires people up. Fire them up. Show them how it's done. 
Be the example. You go out there and make it happen. 

Instead of telling them...show them what you're made of. 

Go out there and build a team. Build a brand new team that's larger 
than your existing one. That's the number one thing you can do to fire up 
your existing team. 

"How do you build that brand new team, Renee?"

A smorgasbord by definition is "a buffet offering a variety of hot and 
cold meals, salads, hors d'oeuvres, etc OR a wide range of something; a 
variety.

What does that have to do with online business?

Well I have learned that most people are usually already in a biz op and 
are not necessarily looking for another biz op. Most people in a biz op 
are looking for a way to make money in their current biz op.

This means they would probably be open to tools to help them grow their 
business OR simply places to get more traffic. My own numbers have proven 
this over the past few months.

I have consistently made more money on a daily basis from our marketing 
system and traffic sources than my actual biz op (keep reading and I'll 
show you how to do the same in your business).

Think about it this way...

I promote (all at once) a business, a marketing system, AND traffic sources. 
You will immediately know everything you need to get to make this thing 
work for you.

You need all three to make money online and I present them right up front 
so you know before you commit to anything. Other systems and programs do the 
up-sell after up-sell thing and that always angered and annoyed me. I never 
liked that and I'm sure you don't like that either.

So, in my case, I present the whole smorgasbord up front and you (my email 
list) can simply pick from it what you want or just unsubscribe below with 
no hassle or heartache.

So, in case you are in a business and you don't want to join my business BUT 
you want my same results, then you would be inclined to get my marketing 
system and see what I'm doing for traffic. This allows you to pick what you 
need to grow your business and at the same time it makes me money. 

(I know you're thinking, "How does Renee making money help me?" LOL).

It's my intention to teach you the same so YOU can make money.

If you do decide to join all three, then you have this psychology of my 
smorgasbord working for you. If you decide that you just need more traffic for 
your business, then you can see exactly what I am doing and you can set up this 
same system to earn you more cash in your business. If you just want a marketing

If you are a newbie in the online marketing game then take this piece of advise and don't ever forget it...

NEVER put all of your eggs in one basket. I have personally seen tons of marketers who have created 
pretty nice incomes for themselves in one program. Only to lose it all when that program shuts down 
or just moves overseas.

You always want to diversify your income so if one program goes down you have more to keep you afloat.

That being said, there is also a wrong way to have multiple streams of income. If your offers are 
conflicting, then you will have multiple streams of outgo!

What makes our system powerful is that we have multiple streams of income that all support each other.

Let me explain..

Leading off we have Lead Lightning (LL). This is our marketing system. As marketers, we need a way to 
collect leads and follow up with them. LL allows us to do this. LL also allows us to have a capture page 
and auto-responder series ready to go. If you are new, then this takes the stress off.

Now, LL is the marketing system. We need an offer to market (this is how we make money).

I teach folks to use LL to promote Four Corners Alliance (4CA). You can simply insert your 4CA link in 
your LL backoffice and grab your link.

Now, we need to promote our link!

That's where Traffic Monsoon (TM) comes in. We simply take our LL/4CA link and promote it on TM.

LL + 4CA + TM = $$$

This is a complete business in a box and a correct way of having multiple streams of income!

A few days ago I attended a retreat with my daughter. This retreat was 
set up as part of her preparation to receive her sacrament of Confirmation. 
After 16 years of preparation, next month she will officially receive 
this sacrament.

For those of you who don't know what Confirmation is...

Confirmation is a Catholic faith sacrament of initiation, in which young 
adults become full-fledged members of the faith. This sacrament is called 
Confirmation because the faith given in Baptism is now confirmed and made 
strong. During Baptism, parents and godparents make promises to renounce 
Satan and believe in God and the Church on the child's behalf. At 
Confirmation, young adults renew those same promises, this time speaking 
for themselves.

Also, last night I spent 4 hours out in the rain and cold to volunteer
and support my daughter's school music program. Another example of what
parents do to encourage and support the things their children are involved
in. 

Both of these things remind me of the power of faith and dedication when
building a business. Only the strong, persistent people who have faith
in what they are doing are the ones who survive and succeed. We could have 
easily said, "It's a downpour, let's go home." However, we didn't leave because
we are dedicated and are 100% vested in our children's future. Same thing for
online marketing...it is definitely not for people who are broken or have the 
"get a JOB" mentality. You have to do whatever it takes and not give up in
order to make it.

I can associate my spiritual Confirmation with my business confirmation with
this... I became awaken when I finally regained my faith in God and confidence 
in myself. When I teamed up with mentors that knew how to show me what to do to 
make it online, I finally got clarity and focus about my purpose. My mentors 
helped guide me from being lost and floundering to becoming a leader and 
mentoring others as well.

If you are out in the cold, lost and floundering, just know that you are in 
good hands now. Should you choose to pursue this journey, know that I am here 
to help.

I've gone through many emotional rollercoaster back and forth years of tears, 
pain, failure, success, and joy. My sheer perseverance has been what has made 
me a winner. However, what really counts is that I'm not the only one winning. 
My teammates are champions too.
